Don’t expect a diet plan on your first day at SFC. You WONT get it. Diet is not a universal joint. Planning a diet is much more meticulous than you ever think, not even dietician alone could understand your dietary needs for exercise. Our dieticians take consultation with trainers who will know inside out of your body. This, however takes some time and hence we don’t advise on diet until we get to know your body, genetic food habits, how your body response to your workouts and general health condition. Then come the technical bits, like different tests to know your health, understand and analyse your body. Once we have an understanding of your body and combining with your goals, we will create a Diet plan that best suits you. That is different from person to person and at least one month is the time you can expect before you get your first diet plan. Then at each stage the diet plans will differ. You will have review consultations at regular intervals.
